You agree to use iGTD services only for legitimate brand protection purposes. You will only submit claims for content that you own, control, or are legally authorized to act upon. False or malicious takedown requests are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

We treat all submitted evidence, case details, and personal information with strict confidentiality. Your data is processed solely to fulfill your takedown requests and is not shared with third parties except as necessary for service delivery. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information.

iGTD operates on a best-effort basis and cannot guarantee specific outcomes or takedown success rates. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to business losses, missed opportunities, or unsuccessful takedown attempts. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

Payment terms are governed by our pricing policy. Refunds are available only under specific circumstances as outlined in our refund policy. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with your use of our services.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
